With global cryptocurrency interest booming, they had ambitious growth goals. To achieve this they needed to sell more products, to more customers, in less time.
We led the research and design for their newly formed Conversion Rate Optimization team, working with their Product Manager, Data Analyst, Engineer, and Head of Growth.
Within 12 months, we’d delivered upgrades to the shop forecast to bring in $12.7 million euros a year in additional revenue, thanks to the increase in both conversion rate (CRV), and average order value (AOV).
